A lot of talent, a lot of luck, and great instruction/ coaching, which can cost a ton of money. The pros usually start around 5-6. Nadal start at age 3. Move to Florida or California, and play year round, and maybe your parents can afford to put you in a tennis academy/ program that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. Having a former pro as a family member like Nadal, would sure help. If you had a tennis court in your back yard, that would help too. Play tennis for tennis’ sake, dream big, but chances are, you won’t become pro. Good luck though!
