Conditioning workout at home for tennis?

I really want a conditioning workout for tennis. Im 13 years old so plz don’t make something really intense, but i don’t want one that will barely make me work. Also i don’t have any workout equipment and my parents aren’t comfortable with me running around the neighborhood.
