Conditioning workout at home for tennis?

I really want a conditioning workout for tennis. Im 13 years old so plz don’t make something really intense, but i don’t want one that will barely make me work. Also i don’t have any workout equipment and my parents aren’t comfortable with me running around the neighborhood.

try jump roping. it’ll increase your stamina.

My shoulder and cant play but am trying to stay in tennis magazine know what your going up and done any stairs you can find found some in shape if you have hit against wall for quick.
