A torn AT and her preference for gymnastics are both great reasons for her to have medical opinions-- possibly a podiatrist or foot doctor visit would provide her with ORTHOTICS she could wear with various shoes. Custom Orthotics can prevent re-injury as well as support those weak ankles with the right choice of footwear. Carley
