What should I consider when buying a tennis racquet?

Danny-Mac asked:

I am playing tennis on my high school team. We practice for 2 hours every day after school. I’m looking to replace my “wal-mart” racquet with one that doesn’t….suck. I’m fairly new to the game. I’ve played off and on for a few years, but only now am I concerned about my equipment, which I’m sure can help me improve my game. In your answer, include things I should know about racquets. ie:sizing, strings, weight, etc. Also, include what type of gear YOU use, and what products you might recommend. Thanks in advance!
i like to play with finesse and accurate shots and i use a lot of spin. what should i get as far as string tension goes?
